How do I order?

Visit our homepage, click on the item you want and follow through.

How do I order for bulk?

Either email us at: tshirtgeneration@live.co.uk or contact us using the Contact Us form on our site

How long does it take for me to get my order?

Some items are quicker than others. On average 5-10 working days.

We will update you if there are going to be any delays due to production or the pandemic.

How do I contact you?

Please fill out the form on our Contact Us page with your message.

We will usually contact you within 24 hours.

Can I cancel my order?

Please inform us immediately via email or through our Contact Us page.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or amend orders that are already going through production.

What delivery service do you use?

We use Royal Mail for deliveries within the UK. 

DHL for international orders.

Can I exchange my received item?

Exchanging items you have purchased from us are at our discretion and Buyer will have to pay for the postage when returning item(s) back to us and for us to post the replacement back to The Buyer.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: 

(a) Bespoke items we have made for you, eg., personalised T shirt(s), embroidered caps, etc.;

(b) Any intimate items, eg., water bottle(s), towel(s), etc. (for health/hygiene reasons);

(c) Seasonal products e.g., Easter designs, Christmas T shirts;

(d) Goods that have been with you for more than 30 days after delivery;

          (f) Goods we may have discontinued (you will be notified on contacting us with your Exchange or Returns request).
