1. About the Programme

The Lyrically Inspired Affiliate Programme allows approved participants to earn commission by referring qualifying customers to Lyrically Inspired through approved affiliate links, referral codes or other agreed tracking methods.

2. Application & Approval

Affiliate applications are reviewed individually. Lyrically Inspired may approve, decline, suspend or terminate participation where appropriate.

Approval to join the programme does not create an employment, agency, partnership or joint-venture relationship between the affiliate and Lyrically Inspired.

3. Commission

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the standard commission rate is 5% on qualifying sales.

Certain products, subscriptions, bulk orders, bespoke quotations, wholesale orders, heavily discounted items or special campaigns may carry a different commission rate or may be excluded from commission.

4. Qualifying Sales

Commission is payable only on genuine, completed and retained customer orders that can be reasonably attributed to the affiliate.

Cancelled, refunded, returned, fraudulent, unpaid or charged-back transactions do not qualify for commission.

Where part of an order is refunded or returned, commission may be adjusted to reflect only the value of the products retained by the customer.

5. When Commission Becomes Payable

Commission may remain pending until the relevant cancellation or return period has passed and the transaction has been validated.

An order being placed does not automatically mean that commission has become payable.

6. Refunded or Reversed Orders

Where commission has already been paid and the related order is later refunded, returned, cancelled or charged back, Lyrically Inspired may deduct the relevant commission from future affiliate earnings or otherwise recover it where reasonable.

7. Affiliate Links & Referral Codes

Affiliates must use referral links, codes or tracking methods provided or approved by Lyrically Inspired.

Commission cannot be guaranteed where tracking information has been removed, altered or cannot reasonably be verified.

8. Self-Referrals & Misuse

Affiliates must not manipulate the programme through artificial transactions, duplicate accounts, fraudulent orders, unauthorised discounting or other activity designed primarily to generate commission.

Self-referrals may be excluded unless specifically approved in advance.

9. Advertising & Disclosure

Affiliates are responsible for making it clear when content contains affiliate links, referral codes or other forms of advertising.

Affiliate promotions must comply with applicable advertising rules and must not be misleading or presented in a way that could confuse customers.

10. Brand Representation

Affiliates must not make false, misleading or exaggerated claims about Lyrically Inspired, its products, services, pricing, availability or results.

Affiliates must not present themselves as employees, agents or authorised representatives of Lyrically Inspired.

11. Paid Advertising & Brand Terms

Affiliates must not purchase paid advertising using the names Lyrically Inspired, Lyrically Inspired Clothing, associated trademarks or confusingly similar terms without prior written permission.

12. Promotional Materials

Affiliates may use approved promotional materials supplied by Lyrically Inspired. Brand images, logos and creative materials must not be altered or used in a misleading way without permission.

13. Payment

Payment schedules, minimum payout thresholds and payment methods may be communicated separately to approved affiliates.

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details and for any tax obligations relating to affiliate income.

14. Excluded or Reduced-Commission Orders

Selected products, services, subscriptions, wholesale orders, bulk orders, bespoke quotations or special campaigns may be excluded from commission or carry an alternative rate.

Any variation will be communicated where relevant.

15. Changes to the Programme

Lyrically Inspired may update commission rates, eligibility requirements or programme rules from time to time.

Material changes affecting existing affiliates will be communicated where appropriate.

16. Suspension or Termination

Affiliate participation may be suspended or terminated for programme misuse, misleading promotion, fraudulent activity, inappropriate advertising, failure to make required disclosures or other breaches of these terms.

Valid commission earned before termination will be handled in accordance with these terms.

17. Fairness & Customer Rights

Nothing in these Affiliate Programme Terms is intended to remove or restrict any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
