Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Customized Items: Non-returnable unless there is a defect or error on our part.

How to request for a return

Contact us via email at tshirtgeneration@live.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return.

We’ll provide instructions on how to send the item back to us..

Refunds 

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our end.
