Merchant Hosting Agreement
Merchant Hosting Agreement
(Terms and guidelines for vendors, collaborators, creators, and hosted merchants using Lyrically Inspired Clothing systems, services, or platforms.)
This document outlines the operational understanding relating to hosted merchandise, hosted brand presentation, online selling support, product listings and hosted customisation ecosystems operated through lyricallyinspiredclothing.com and related systems infrastructure.
The purpose of this framework is to maintain operational clarity, transparency, creative protection and structured collaboration between all parties involved.
1. Hosted Merchandise Arrangement
Hosted merchandise products, listings and related presentation materials may be displayed, managed or supported through the Lyrically Inspired Clothing ecosystem for online sales, product customisation, merchandising, promotion and fulfillment support.
Brand owners remain responsible for ensuring that submitted brand names, slogans, artwork and related branding elements do not infringe on existing trademarks, copyrights, registrations or third-party rights.
Lyrically Inspired Clothing operates as a creative and hosting platform and does not guarantee brand name availability, trademark clearance or legal registration approval.
Where rebranding, redesigns or modifications become necessary due to naming conflicts or legal concerns, additional setup or redesign charges may apply.
2. Brand Design Ownership & Hosted Assets
Whether artwork/designs are independently supplied by the brand owner or prepared/provided as part of an agreed starter package or creative service, ownership of the original brand design concepts and supplied artwork remains with the brand owner.
Hosted product listings, mockups, merchandising layouts, website presentation materials, hosted product structures, system-generated assets, promotional layouts, operational workflows and hosted ecosystem structures created or used within the Lyrically Inspired Clothing ecosystem remain part of the hosted operational framework unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Payment Processing & Platform Charges
Customer payments may be processed through third-party hosted systems and payment gateways including PayPal, Shopify and related transaction processors.
Standard transaction charges, payment processing fees and platform deductions may apply before final payout balances are calculated.
Approximate deductions may vary depending on payment method, currency conversions, order size and platform policy updates.
Example Estimated Processing Ranges
* £50 Sale – Approx. £3–£4 deducted in fees
* £70 Sale – Approx. £4–£6 deducted in fees
* £100 Sale – Approx. £6–£8 deducted in fees
* £150 Sale – Approx. £8–£12 deducted in fees
Transparent payout breakdowns may be provided during payout periods to maintain operational clarity.
4. Payouts & Transfer Details
Payouts relating to completed merchandise sales may be processed on an agreed scheduled basis including weekly, bi-weekly or monthly structures depending on order volume, fulfillment timelines and operational processing.
Brand owners may provide preferred payout details for transfer purposes. Payouts may be processed via bank transfer or other mutually agreed methods following applicable platform and processing deductions.
5. Hosted Operational Rights
Lyrically Inspired Clothing reserves the right to pause, modify, restructure or discontinue hosted merchandise support where necessary in cases involving operational difficulties, unresolved disputes, payment complications, policy violations, reputational concerns or unforeseen business circumstances.
6. Refunds, Returns & Customer Issues
As products may involve customised or prepared merchandise, refund or return requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Verified production faults, damage or fulfillment issues may qualify for replacement or corrective action where appropriate.
7. Additional Work & Expansion
Additional products, landing pages, mockups, product setups, customisation features, promotional systems, listing expansions or future modifications may involve separate setup, management or hosting charges depending on workload requirements.
8. Independent Responsibilities
All parties remain independently responsible for their own tax, accounting, registration, legal and business compliance obligations where applicable.
9. Future Adjustments & Policy Updates
Operational structures, hosting arrangements, payout procedures, processing methods and related framework policies may evolve over time as the hosted ecosystem develops further.
Information within this framework may therefore be subject to future updates, adjustments or restructuring where operationally necessary.
10. General Understanding
This framework is intended to create a transparent and professional operational structure supporting hosted merchandise, hosted brand presentation and online selling support while protecting all parties operationally and creatively.
