Returns & Exchanges
Subject to you, "The Buyer", having a right to return an item, "The Goods", pursuant to these terms, all purchases on our website are final. A large number of our "Lyrically Inspired Ltd" products are personalised, however, we recognise that there may be occasions when it is appropriate to accept returns from the Buyer on our non-personalised Goods and we shall consider doing so.
1. "We", Lyrically Inspired Ltd, will only accept returns if the following conditions are met:
(a) "The Goods” must not have been worn or tried on;
(b) There is a factory fault;
(c) You received a different item from what you have ordered.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
(a) Bespoke items we have made for you, eg., personalised T shirt(s), embroidered caps, etc.;
(b) Any intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons);
(c) Seasonal products e.g., Easter designs, Christmas T shirts;
(d) Goods that have been with the Buyer for more than 30 days after delivery;
(f) Goods we may have discontinued (you will be notified on contacting us with your Returns request).
Exchanging items you have purchased from us are at our discretion and Buyer will have to pay for the postage when returning item(s) back to us and for us to post the replacement back to The Buyer.
We advise that you Contact Us immediately if you wish to exchange an item.
